I have no motivation...
so is all the progress I had made :(
I have a great Pinterest board for Fitness,
but just like my Sewing 4 Me board if I don't do it...
it just sits there.
I have got to get in gear!
Have you ever crashed and burn (in regards to weight loss)?
How do you stay motivated to keep going?
